We are seeking a professional and dependable SOC Operator / Security Officer for a mixed-role position in Wilton, CT. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, SOC, dispatch, military, or customer service experience preferred
• Retail, food service or hospitality industry background

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Dispatch and document security incidents
• Maintain logs and reports
• Follow emergency and escalation procedures
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor access points
• Assist employees and visitors
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
