As a Security Officer SOC in Coffeyville, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor access points and conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols to help support a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout operational areas, access points, and perimeter locations within an industrial chemical and petrochemical environment.
Monitor for unauthorized access, equipment concerns, and/or potential hazards, helping to support a controlled and orderly location.
Complete routine reports, document observations, and communicate with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
