About The Position

We’re looking for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in Wilton. In this role, you will help monitor security systems, respond to alarms and incidents, and support our clients by keeping their people and property safe. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during routine monitoring.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple applications at once.
Ability to work the fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00.

Nice To Haves

Prior security, dispatch, or SOC experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and related tools from the SOC.
Assess and triage incoming alerts and events according to established procedures.
Document incidents clearly and accurately in reporting systems.
Communicate with field officers, supervisors, and client contacts as needed.
Escalate issues following defined protocols when risk or impact is elevated.
