About The Position

First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is establishing a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) at its headquarters in Addison, TX, to support High Value Cargo Escort Operations. These operations involve retired law enforcement and military personnel escorting 18-wheelers transporting valuable freight across the country. The SOC team will be the central hub for all communications, ensuring smooth coordination between field agents and clients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology platforms for reliability and security.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming client emails, phone calls, and text messages; send appropriate outbound updates and confirmations.
Facilitate communication with field agents escorting high-value cargo nationwide.
Monitor GPS signals for all active loads to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Oversee live video feeds from field teams using advanced surveillance tools.
Meticulously review and validate all operational data, ensuring accuracy between client instructions and field team reports.
Provide clients with real-time updates on departures, arrivals, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
Assign escort teams, book their travel arrangements (airfare, rental cars, hotels), and manage scheduling to minimize overtime.
Maintain accurate logs and records for accountability and client reporting.
