About The Position

The SNX Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining SNX (possibly CNC, laser, or other automated machinery) equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures efficient operation, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations while optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating SNX or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC, automated systems, or production equipment.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies or defects in the manufacturing process.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification in machinery operation or manufacturing is a plus.
• Forklift certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust SNX equipment according to production specifications and company standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report defects or inconsistencies.
• Perform routine maintenance, identify equipment malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
• Monitor machine settings, operational parameters, and material usage to maintain efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any operational issues.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, and fellow operators to improve processes and production flow.
