Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools
- Willingness to learn
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and shop procedures
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Training on CNC vertical machining centers
- Training on CNC turning centers
- Training on CNC press brakes
- Training on additional fabrication and production equipment
Responsibilities
- Setup and operation of band saws
- Setup and operation of cold saws
- Basic layout and measurement of raw materials
- Material preparation for secondary operations
- General shop and production support
- Prepping parts for powder coating as needed
