About The Position

ACACIA Facility Services, LLC is seeking reliable and experienced Snow Equipment Operators for its winter operations team. The role is responsible for clearing snow from commercial client locations, including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas, to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events. The position is seasonal, with the opportunity for year-round employment in landscaping, sweeping services, or power washing. Compensation is $20.00–$40.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license; a CDL is preferred but not required.
• Previous snow-removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, and other snow-removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
