About The Position

The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM), one of twenty campuses of the University of Arkansas System, is seeking a SNAP E&T Case Manager for its Adult Education department. This position is located in Ashley County, Arkansas. UAM is a comprehensive, residential and commuter, undergraduate institution also offering selected master’s degree programs. The SNAP E&T Case Manager will coordinate the daily operation of the SNAP E&T program, ensuring compliance with USDA, Arkansas DHS, Adult Education, and institutional policies and procedures. The role involves developing and implementing annual work plans, monitoring participant eligibility and enrollment, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring confidentiality. Responsibilities also include recruiting eligible SNAP participants, conducting intake interviews and assessments, developing Individual Employment Plans (IEPs), assisting participants with education and career goals, providing ongoing case management, monitoring progress, conducting follow-up, and connecting participants with community resources.

Requirements

Responsibilities
