Requirements

Experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and follow documented work instructions accurately.
Ability to enter data and navigate on-screen prompts to operate computer-controlled machinery.
Ability to follow direction on repetitive assembly tasks with consistent attention to detail.
Comfortable working as part of a team on a production line.

Nice To Haves

Experience manufacturing electronic circuit board assemblies (PCBA).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with production machinery and standard assembly procedures.
Knowledge of basic electronic component types, polarity markings, and values.
IPC-A-610 Proficiency Certification (or working toward one).

Responsibilities

Set up automated SMT machinery following documented work instructions.
Perform intermediate-level preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
Keep equipment and your work area clean and in good working order.
Monitor product during production and take immediate action to correct quality issues.
Flag any process or equipment adjustments needed to your Supervisor or Group Leader.
Log production transactions, quality data, and records as required.
Work under the direction of your Supervisor, Group Leader, or designee.
