About The Position
Top Gun Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for an electronics manufacturing operation. The role involves hands-on production work in a clean, organized environment. Training is available for qualified candidates; previous soldering or electronics experience is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Electronics manufacturing or production assembly experience.
- Hand soldering or Surface Mount Technology (SMT) experience.
- Ability to read assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 or J-STD soldering standards.
- Previous soldering or electronics experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic electronics assembly and production tasks.
- Follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Complete repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and low error rates.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work independently and with team members to meet production goals.
