About The Position

The SMT Machine Operator operates surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly equipment and supports production activities. The role includes operating JUKI RS1-R SMT assembly machines, a GKG screen printer, and a Heller reflow oven; preparing and loading machine components; validating production kits; recording production; and performing first-article inspections. No prior experience is required.

• Operate JUKI RS1-R SMT assembly machines.
• Load tools to the GKG screen printer and manage solder paste application.
• Operate the Heller reflow oven.
• Load reels to feeders and load feeders and nozzles to machines.
• Validate production kits.
• Record production.
• Perform first-article inspections.
