About The Position

This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, and displays. Assist with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials. The role involves visiting assigned stores daily to break down trucks, work back stock, and stock shelves, displays, coolers, and bunkers with company products. Responsibilities also include inspecting vehicle conditions, driving a company-supplied van, working in store coolers, rotating stock based on expiration dates, building displays, installing promotional materials, assisting with cooler resets, ensuring POS visibility, and safely handling pallets and unsold product.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2 years of Sale experience
Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must

Responsibilities

Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company.
Inspect vehicle conditions.
Drive a company supplied van.
Work in a cooler in stores.
Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating.
Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials.
Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager.
Ensure POS is visible.
Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom.
Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage.
Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas.
Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place.
Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance.
Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work.
