About The Position

This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, and displays. Assist with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials. The job involves visiting assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company. The role also includes inspecting vehicle conditions, working in a cooler in stores, rotating stock per procedures on expiration dating, building displays, installing or distributing promotional materials, and assisting with cooler resets as directed by the Sales Manager. Ensuring POS visibility and proper product rotation within the cooler, displays, and backroom are key responsibilities. The position requires safely handling all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage, breaking down orders in a timely fashion, and putting product away in cooler, backrooms, and other storage areas. Organizing back stock and discarding trash are also part of the duties. The role adheres to dress code standards and requires working steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2 years of Sale experience
Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must

Responsibilities
