About The Position

Seeking a detail-oriented BUILDER SMS Analyst to maintain and update data in the BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) database at Fort Benning, GA. This role tracks, monitors, and maintains Installed Building Equipment (IBE) for accurate Real Property inventory of Government assets, uploads and maintains floor plans, and performs condition assessments. This is a non-personal services contract position. The contractor employee reports directly to the Prime Contractor for HR, disciplinary, and administrative matters, while receiving work direction from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). This is an in-person, on-site position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in facility management, engineering systems, or BUILDER SMS data maintenance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) prior to onboarding
  • Expected to possess experience at contract start to perform immediately upon award
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Must obtain legal entry authorization to Fort Benning prior to commencing work
  • Must be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must comply with all DoD security regulations and safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  • Must pass background checks and base access control registration
  • Must complete AT Level I Training, iWATCH Training, OPSEC training, and IA/IT awareness training
  • Must sign and abide by an Army IT User Agreement

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with BUILDER SMS, IBE tracking, or condition assessments
  • Knowledge of floor plan management and PDF upload processes
  • Experience with Army DPW real property operations
  • Familiarity with facility engineering and maintenance systems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data in the BUILDER SMS database to track, monitor, and maintain Installed Building Equipment (IBE)
  • Collaborate with Government representatives to incorporate project updates from other contractors into the BUILDER SMS program
  • Identify components needing repair or replacement and record comments in the BUILDER condition assessments module
  • Upload, maintain, and validate floor plans associated with each facility in the BUILDER SMS program
  • Upload floorplans in PDF format for user access and utilization
  • Record and upload updated drawings reflecting any changes to a facility's floor plans
  • Submit a quarterly Real Property discrepancy list of inspected equipment and floor plan inaccuracies to Directorate Master Planning, the Functional Manager, the COR, and the KO within fifteen days after the start of the quarter
  • Support updating data in the system, provided from other sources, and extract data to perform analysis
  • Ensure BUILDER SMS records are current, accurate, and auditable
