Requirements

Minimum of 16 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer SME.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management (CSM), Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and the Service Status Portal.
Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications.
Database administration (Oracle or MYSQL) experience.
Ability to efficiently and appropriately estimate work effort requirements as part of an Agile Scrum.
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work both in a team and as an individual contributor.
Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Attitude and aptitude to work with a variety of new emerging technologies and tools as opportunities demand.
High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability.
Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

Nice To Haves

Information Technology or Engineer Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees are preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops applications software and systems in the ServiceNow Platform.
Collaborates with teammates in the planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems.
Determines computer user needs, analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls, designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
Delivers enhanced functionality, aids with new implementations, and provides continuous support within the schedule while preserving system integrity.
