About The Position

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a SME III/Program Manager to provide program management support for DHQP Information Management. This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Professional Services specializes in providing expert resources for Public Health missions including scientific, technical, and administrative support from junior staff to high-level subject matter experts. Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services’ experts create solutions customized to the client’s needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Public Health, Communications or Business related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years program management experience, including demonstrated knowledge of principles and concepts.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDC clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of the contract, ensuring that technical requirements and schedules are fully supported in a timely manner.
  • Manage programming and systems supporting the contract.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate estimating, planning, conducting, producing, monitoring, and reporting of all contractor personnel support activities.
  • Assign, schedule, and review work of subordinates.
  • Plan, direct, control, schedule, coordinate, and organize utilization and management of tasks.
  • Interface with CDC management personnel, CDC technical monitors and staff, and other cognizant CDC officials.
  • Participate during CDC response activities and training exercises under direction of the DHQP Team Lead; duties include staffing the EOC desk to help support CDC's mission.
