About The Position

The Project Manager, Advanced Metering Infrastructure will be responsible for managing the timely execution of meter installations, and services to ensure the delivery of the program goals. This position will involve daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, strong team collaboration and communication capabilities.

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in product/program management or workplan management required
• Experience in strategic leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management required
• Proven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment required
• Valid drivers license required

Nice To Haves

• BS/BA degree preferred
• 2+ years of product or program management in a utility preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, driving efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of inventory and program timelines
• Manage program/product timelines, roadmap, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze productivity performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Support program increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectives
• Monitor and report monthly/annual workplan forecasting and progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
