About The Position

We are looking for a Program Manager III to lead end-to-end operations for a new suite of measurement and incentive programs designed to increase advertiser adoption of incrementality-based measurement solutions. This role will manage day-to-day program execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track key milestones and performance metrics, and develop scalable operational processes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management experience with exposure to advertising measurement, marketing science, incentive programs, analytics, and cross-functional operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in program or project management supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Experience with incentive programs, including planning, operations, measurement, eligibility, allocation, or lifecycle management.
  • Experience with marketing science, advertising measurement, experimentation, or data-informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with incrementality-based measurement concepts and methodologies.
  • Basic SQL experience and ability to work with data for program tracking and analysis.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and operational execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready documentation and status reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a large-scale technology or digital advertising organization.
  • Experience supporting advertiser or agency-facing measurement programs.
  • Familiarity with measurement methodologies such as Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, Partner Lift, or similar experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with Marketing Science, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, or Agency teams.
  • Experience managing advertiser incentives, promotional credits, rebates, or similar funding programs.
  • Experience identifying fraud, misuse, anti-gaming signals, or compliance-related operational risks.
  • Strong dashboarding and reporting experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success creating scalable SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end program operations across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, milestones, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate advertiser and agency enrollment, eligibility verification, incentive or credit allocation, qualifying-event tracking, and disbursement processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Science, Analytics, Data Science, Agency teams, Incentives, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Establish and manage program operating rhythms, including status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting agendas, action-item tracking, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program performance, adoption, eligibility, and key operational metrics.
  • Identify risks, operational gaps, and potential anti-gaming signals and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Translate analytical and measurement insights into actionable program recommendations.
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, and scalable processes to support future program expansion.
  • Communicate program progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
