Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the SDR and AE sales role as a pipeline builder and closer, and at least 1 year of experience as a sales leader.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent and driving team success. This includes willingness to listen to call recordings and host coaching sessions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strategic approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly.
  • Highly motivated and interested in career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the AE team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their goals.
  • Create and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, prospecting, and appointment-setting processes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the AE team, focusing on best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Foster a positive and high-energy work environment, motivating the team through recognition, incentives, and team-building activities.
  • Participate in the hiring process to build a strong, cohesive AE team.
