About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager who understands what it takes to execute in the field, not just track tasks. This role requires strong low-voltage awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects moving forward to completion. This position sits at the center of our projects, connecting design, field execution, and client experience. You will be responsible for making sure our technicians arrive prepared, our jobs are ready, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you have not worked in or closely alongside low-voltage, AV, or residential construction environments, this will not be the right fit.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience coordinating with builders and superintendents
  • Familiarity with smart home systems and installation workflows
  • Steady under pressure
  • Thick-skinned and not easily rattled
  • Low ego, no drama
  • Able to handle conflict without making it personal
  • Can reset quickly and keep moving forward

Responsibilities

  • Review upcoming projects in detail before they are scheduled
  • Review jobsites to make sure they are ready prior to our team being scheduled
  • Ensure drawings, notes, and change orders are accurate and current
  • Confirm materials are ordered, on site, and ready for installation
  • Walk jobs when needed to verify readiness before dispatch
  • Anticipate what technicians will need to execute efficiently
  • Understanding the scope of work and able to disseminate important details to our install team
  • Read and interpret plans, scopes, and site conditions
  • Understand low-voltage rough-in requirements and sequencing
  • Identify potential issues before they become problems
  • Make sound decisions in the field regarding placement and adjustments
  • Recognize when additional labor, tools, or coordination are required and coordinate
  • Keep track of open details and manage the completion
  • Own the projects from beginning to completion
  • Maintain professional relationships with builders, superintendents, clients, and internal teams
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and consistently across all parties
  • Manage expectations without escalating tension
  • Keep projects moving forward even when conditions change
  • Track open items and follow through without being prompted
  • Adjust priorities as schedules shift
