About The Position

We are seeking a Smart Home Technician in Naples, FL, who takes pride in their work. In this role, you will collaborate with Lead Technicians and Project Managers to install and service advanced smart home systems in luxury residences. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to high-quality craftsmanship.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential technology installation or a related trade
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring, A/V, or home automation
- Ability to read construction drawings and wiring diagrams
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Control4, Savant, Lutron, or Crestron
- Security license or experience
Responsibilities
- Install and configure A/V, lighting control, shading, networking, and security systems
- Support pre-wire, trim-out, and final install phases on luxury residential projects
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute clean, accurate installations
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on-site with professionalism
- Communicate with Lead Technicians and Project Managers on timelines and tasks
- Maintain daily documentation and job updates in project management software
