About The Position
This position supports the production of custom signage and related products in a fast-paced construction supply and retail environment. The role is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, craftsmanship, safety, and customer service while assisting with production, order fulfillment, and daily store operations. and productive operation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in workmanship and a commitment to doing the job correctly
- Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with tools and materials used in sign making and construction.
- Ability to abide by Granite’s code of conduct on a daily basis
- A team player.

Nice To Haves
- 0-3 years progressive experience in small tools environment preferred
- General understanding of parts, inventory, ordering, and construction.
- Previous experience in a sign shop, retail construction, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate tools and equipment for sign production and assembly.
- Manage multiple production tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and customers to meet project deadlines and business needs.
- Assist with customer service, order processing, and order fulfillment while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Assist in all areas of a fast-paced, multifaceted construction supplies and rental store operation.
