About The Position

The Small Shipping Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while providing in-person order fulfillment support in the warehouse. This role ensures orders are prepared correctly, delivered efficiently, and handled safely, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth daily operations across departments. This is a full-time, 1st shift position in the Missouri warehouse, which will include a rotating Saturday work requirement. Successful applicants will have excellent, proven, material handling skills and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy, and productivity to ensure excellent customer service. • Picking, packing, and shipping orders
