The Small Market Client Account Executive is responsible for increasing the Fleetworthy customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts. This is accomplished by identifying opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, relationship building, and other activities as needed. This is a salaried position with uncapped earnings & growth potential!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B experience with inside sales preferably selling Saas
  • Proven track record of successful phone sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
  • Persistence
  • Technology expertise; CRM systems, MS Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to travel +/- 20%

Responsibilities

  • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Engages prospects through consultative sales practices & programs identified by Sales Management.
  • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.
  • Works closely with Customer Services.
  • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in 8estpass's scope of business.
  • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
