About The Position

The Small Engine Repair Technician provides helpful customer service while diagnosing and repairing equipment accurately and efficiently. The position also involves repairing rental equipment, sharpening blades, answering shop phone calls, and meeting the company’s customer-service standards. Other responsibilities may be assigned by store management.

• Perform blade sharpening.
• Answer shop phone calls.
• Ensure customers receive service consistent with Helpful CustomerService behaviors and mystery shop standards.
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store management.
