Service repair technicians are responsible for the care and maintenance of small engine law care equipment. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience working on gasoline and diesel small engines
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have the ability to read and analyze documents and procedure manual
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Must be able to routinely lift up to 75 pounds

Nice To Haves

Certifications from STIHL, Kohler, Toro, Exmark, Briggs and Stratton

Responsibilities

Responsible for inspecting, diagnosing and repairing small engine equipment such as Toro, Ventrac, Exmark, Scag, and Stihl
Perform scheduled maintenance, including oil change, hydraulic fluid and all necessary filters and fluids in a variety of agricultural equipment
Maintain technical and product knowledge on various equipment lines
Responsible for the cleanliness of finished products
Works with the Service Writer to order parts as needed
Responsible for maintaining accurate records for repairs, service work orders, inventory and tagging and identifying parts for warranty
Responsible for maintaining personal tools, work area, shop and shop tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area, following all safety regulations
