The main purpose of this job is to assist specialists and internal partners across the market with calling activities, credit/portfolio requests, account management/maintenance, and community events. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Essential Functions Contact customers to retain and expand relationships using Consultative Selling approach Execute Credit/Portfolio tasks as required including, but not limited to: contacting customers for updated financial information and loan agreement compliance requirements, complete customer financial reporting requirements and loan covenant/provision compliance administration, and submit company and personal financial statements Facilitate loan closings for Vehicle and Equipment loans Facilitate the resolution of customer maintenance/management tasks within the market, engaging product experts as needed Participates in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the bank and to establish Centers of Influences (COI’s) Review preliminary credit approval summaries Evaluate appraisal annual review requirements and coordinate service requests Support Specialists with prospecting, cross selling, business development and beginning to structure loans Perform other duties as assigned
