About The Position

Our Finance organization plays a critical role in enabling program execution, driving financial stewardship, and supporting the delivery of mission critical capabilities. Finance analysts work across functions—including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Contracts—to support financial excellence and disciplined execution. We are seeking a skilled Senior Program Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for key programs. This role works closely with program leaders, project managers, and cross functional partners to ensure accurate financial performance and effective cost management.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial systems.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and analyze program financial forecasts, including cost, schedule, labor, and material performance.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Track and report financial metrics that measure program execution and overall financial health.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial cycles, including reporting packages and leadership updates.
  • Analyze program events and quantify impacts to financial outlooks.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data, reporting, and documentation.
  • Lead or support program financial reviews with cross‑functional partners.
  • Develop tools, process improvements, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support stakeholders by clearly communicating financial information and recommendations.
