We are looking for an experienced Slot Technician to join our team and help keep our gaming and arcade operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll use your technical skills to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service slot machines and arcade equipment while providing excellent support to our casino operations.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming Card.
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming registrations and licenses.

Nice To Haves

Previous Slot Technician experience preferred.
Mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus.
Experience with CAD or related design software is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service slot machines and arcade equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Install, remove, relocate, and replace gaming and arcade equipment as needed.
Respond to service calls and equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Slot Department and other casino teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and equipment issues.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
Provide professional and courteous service to guests and fellow team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
