Slot Technician I
About The Position
The Slot Technician I is responsible for executing the Preventive Maintenance Program standards developed by the Slot Performance team. The technician's role is to ensure maximum performance and reduce machine downtime by meeting monthly quotas of machines serviced. Minor repairs of machines may be required during the preventive maintenance service time. Additional functions include involvement in daily moves and modifications projects to continue to build knowledge base and experience levels. All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, which expects team members to proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
