About The Position

Ensures that all gaming machines and chairs are cleaned and disinfected throughout their shift. Greets customers and provides superior customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule.
• Knowledge of electronic repair procedures, proper use of tool and associated test equipment.
• Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, logic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in an environment that contains excessive noise and smoke.
• Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Represent Glacier Peaks Casino in the most positive manner.
• Responsible for the cleaning of all areas of the gaming machines.
• Disinfecting all surfaces throughout the day and after game play.
• May assist Slot Technicians when necessary to ensure gaming machines are back in play.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
