About The Position

Provide fast, friendly service, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on slot machines and assisting with jackpots/fills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.
  • High School level math. Adding, subtracting.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work successfully with the public and fellow employees.
  • Knowledge of slot repair operations.
  • Advanced electronic knowledge.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Inform the Manager on Duty of any and all suspicious activity immediately.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods; must be able to reach, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and lift occasionally; must be able to move about the casino and operational areas.
  • Must have manual dexterity, ability to feel, use fingers, hands, operate tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Oasis is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides consistently prompt, courteous service to guest in professional manner.
  • Maintains a safe, clean and comfortable work environment at all times.
  • Maintains constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by Pioneer Crossing.
  • Performs the repair and modification work on slot machines; repairs all aspects of mechanical and electro-mechanical slot machines.
  • Submits suggestions to the Slot Dept. regarding improvements in operations and safety.
  • Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with company, state and federal policies and regulations; keeps paperwork confidential at all times.
