Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work flexible schedule.
Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
Promotes outstanding guest service which includes a positive, outgoing attitude.
Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently.
Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.

Nice To Haves

Gaming operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.
Thrives in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of VGM Floor Attendants.
Responsible for resolution of guest complaints and disputes.
Administration of all departmental rules, policies and regulations for VGM Floor Attendants.
Recommends, documents and issues appropriate discipline for VGM Floor Attendants.
Responsible for proper staffing levels.
Responsible for establishing positive, fair and consistent treatment of all VGM Floor Attendants.
Responsible for direct-line communication with VGM staff.
Responsible for maintaining employee history sheets.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
