About The Position

Join our Slots team as a Part Time Slot Service Representative! Presque Isle Downs & Casino, conveniently located off of I90 in Erie, PA, features table games, slots, sportsbook, entertainment, live thoroughbred horse racing, and year-round simulcast racing. The casino features the latest technology and amenities designed for guest comfort and expectations. The property features three restaurants, including two award-winning restaurants - Churchill’s Bourbon & Brew and LBV Steakhouse.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 100% customer service focused
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Must be able to work all shifts – nights, weekends, & holidays
• Must become knowledgeable about how all games are played
• Candidate must be able to obtain appropriate licensing

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Instructing guests in playing slots
• Instructing guests in placing sports wagers on the sports wagering self-serve kiosks
• Positioning vacant, nonfixed slot seating as close to the slot machine as possible
• Fixing minor paper and machine problems with slots and self-serve sports wagering kiosks
• Render hand pays and Jackpots to guests
• All other duties as assigned
