About The Position

The Slot Marketing Representative will participate in marketing-related functions. This role involves issuing Boarding Pass cards, inputting data into the system, enrolling qualified players, and issuing comps to qualified players. The representative will also be involved in special events/promotions and ticket sales. A key part of the job is to effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including CMS standard computer terminals, embossers, info genesis, and scanners.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Have knowledge of a computer keyboard.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.

Nice To Haves

• One-year experience in slot club or customer relations preferred.

Responsibilities
