About The Position

This role involves participating in marketing-related functions, issuing Boarding Pass cards, inputting data into the system, enrolling qualified players, and issuing comps to qualified players. The representative will also be involved in special events/promotions and ticket sales. A key responsibility is to effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including CMS standard computer terminals, embossers, info genesis, and scanners.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Knowledge of a computer keyboard.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.

Nice To Haves

• One-year experience in slot club or customer relations preferred.
