About The Position

The Slot Attendant's primary function is to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate payouts to casino guests. This role involves greeting guests, offering information, and assisting with Player's Club enrollment. The Slot Attendant is responsible for overseeing slot activity in a designated casino area, resolving concerns related to slot machines, and identifying malfunctioning machines to notify the Slot Technician or Casino Shift Manager.

Requirements

  • Must be registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must obtain an alcohol education training card.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate with the public effectively.
  • Strong cash handling skills.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately calculate basic subtraction and addition.
  • Must be available to and willing to work any and all shifts required.
  • Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the Employee Handbook.

  • Slot Attendant experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate payouts to casino guests.

  • Identify machines that are not working properly and notify the Slot Technician or Casino Shift Manager.
