About The Position
Responsible for providing friendly, efficient "Beyond the Best" service to our internal and external guests. Responsible for slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service to guests and players card signups. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures. Observe and safeguard assets of the Company. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to provide friendly, efficient "Beyond the Best" service.
- Must be able to manage the slot floor.
- Must be able to handle hand pays.
- Must be able to perform minor machine repairs.
- Must be able to conduct currency and coin exchange.
- Must be able to provide beverage service to guests.
- Must be able to process player's card signups.
- Must be able to implement all Title 31 procedures.
- Must be able to observe and safeguard company assets.
- Must perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
