About The Position
Responsible for providing friendly, efficient "Beyond the Best" service to our internal and external guests. Responsible for slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service to guests and players card signups. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures. Observe and safeguard assets of the Company. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide friendly, efficient service.
- Knowledge of slot floor operations.
- Ability to handle hand pays.
- Skill in performing minor machine repairs.
- Proficiency in currency and coin exchange.
- Capability to serve beverages to guests.
- Experience with players card signups.
- Understanding of Title 31 procedures.
- Ability to observe and safeguard company assets.
- Adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
