About The Position

Effectively and efficiently provide beverage service and make change for Guests in assigned areas while maintaining Title 31 requirements. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training. Handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner. Responsible for slot floor, hand pays, minor machine repairs, currency and coin exchange, beverage service to Guests and players card signups. Follow all Title 31 procedures. Observe and safeguard assets of the Company.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes.
• Willing and prepared to help out where needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service and make change for Guests in assigned areas.
• Maintain Title 31 requirements.
• Serve alcohol responsibly.
• Handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage slot floor responsibilities.
• Process hand pays.
• Perform minor machine repairs.
• Conduct currency and coin exchange.
• Provide beverage service to Guests.
• Facilitate players card signups.
• Follow all Title 31 procedures.
• Observe and safeguard Company assets.
• Assist with bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering as needed.
• Maintain understanding and awareness of the Boarding Pass program.
• Issue new players cards and reprint player's cards upon request.
• Promote enrollment on the slot floor by recruiting new player's card sign-ups.
• Be aware and updated on all upcoming events and promotions.
