About The Position

This position typically starts at $7.00 per hour plus tokes and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. This role throws you right into the buzz of the casino floor, where you’re helping players, catching big wins, and keeping the excitement alive with every interaction. You’ll stay sharp and energized as you troubleshoot machines, jump into jackpot action, and keep your section running like a well‑oiled thrill machine. Every moment brings a new spark—spotting potential cheating attempts, handling guest issues with confidence, and sharing the latest events that keep players pumped. Requirements

Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
Must pass the required background check.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes.
Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends
Ability to work in a loud, fast ‑ paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in a clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a positive, ready ‑ to ‑ learn attitude.
Greets guests and team members warmly and professionally, supporting our Family Style Service culture.
Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Observes all activity within assigned area offering assistance to slot players, and instruction and advice on machine functions and payouts.
Knowledge of the various types of slot machines and is able to identify major malfunctions and correct minor machine malfunction.
Identifies jackpot and hopper fill transactions, processes and completes them promptly, accurately and with a high degree of service.
Aware of the various types of slot cheating methods and is able to recognize any potential attempts while monitoring assigned section.
Capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel.
Well versed on various property events and relays same to slot players in assigned area.
Understands and complies with company and departmental directives.
Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
