The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing guest service on the slot gaming floor, paying out jackpots, and maintaining player terminals. This role requires adherence to all regulatory agencies, policies, and procedures, as well as upholding the company's SMILE service standards and Core Values. The attendant must maintain a positive attitude, repair and maintain video player terminals, proactively identify and solve issues on the slot floor, and follow up with the Slot Manager. They will also walk the gaming area to assist guests, maintain cleanliness, prepare W-2G forms for jackpots, pay jackpots, ensure machines are operational by keeping them filled with tickets, and may perform delegated office work. Additionally, the role involves assisting in maintaining gaming floor security, staying updated on promotions and events, communicating information to guests, encouraging new guests to sign up for the players club, and attending departmental meetings. The position requires the ability to work shift work, holidays, weekends, and special events, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
