About The Position

The Fond du Luth Casino - Slots division is seeking a Part Time Slot Attendant. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive and seamless gaming experience for patrons. The Fond du L ac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is a sovereign Ojibwe nation dedicated to community growth and preservation. As one of Carlton County's largest employers, the Band offers a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees can develop their skills and gain valuable experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to obtain a Class A Gaming License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a casino or customer service role.
• Knowledge of slot machine operations.
• Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons.
• Assist patrons with slot machine operation and inquiries.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on slot machines.
• Collect and process cash and tickets from slot machines.
• Ensure a clean and safe gaming environment.
• Respond to patron needs and requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all casino policies and procedures, including TERO regulations.
