Slot Attendant - (Full Time)
About The Position
Bally's Corporation is the leading U.S Omni channel provider of land-based gaming and interactive entertainment. We are looking for a Slot Attendant to join our fast-growing team. As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for paying slot machine jackpots, completing required paperwork, enrolling players into our loyalty program, and making minor repairs to slot machines. You will also assist guests by informing them about different slot machine types and denominations, providing change, and ensuring their overall satisfaction and comfort. This role requires maintaining open communication with slot staff and other operational departments, reporting any instances of underage gambling, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to pay slot machine jackpots and complete required paperwork neatly and accurately.
- Ability to enroll players into loyalty program.
- Ability to make minor repairs to slot machines and EZ-Pay ticket jams.
- Knowledge of types of slot machines on the casino floor.
- Ability to maintain a “pouch pay” currency bank to pay hand-pay jackpots and provide change assistance to guests.
- Ability to ensure the overall satisfaction and comfort of the guests.
- Ability to interact with slot staff and other operational departments.
- Ability to maintain an awareness of underage gambling and report it to Security.
- Must be able to handle cash accurately.
Responsibilities
- Pay slot machine jackpots and complete the required paperwork neatly and accurately.
- Enroll players into loyalty program.
- Make minor repairs to slot machines and EZ-Pay ticket jams.
- Keep well informed of types of slot machines on the casino floor to better assist guests in looking for a particular type of machine or denomination.
- Maintain a “pouch pay” currency bank to pay hand-pay jackpots and provide change assistance to guests.
- Ensure the overall satisfaction and comfort of the guests.
- Interact on a daily basis with all slot staff and other operational departments to maintain open communication and collect feedback.
- Maintain an awareness of any persons gambling underage, and immediately report all underage persons to Security.
- Other related duties as assigned.
