This position will direct, train, and monitor operators in maintenance, grooming, and on-hill operations. This position will also be responsible for recording and monitoring key administrative functions of the department to provide performance feedback, and to adjust operations accordingly.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Two full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment
- Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department
- Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities
- Ability to learn Workday, SnowSat, and Pisten Bully Pro Academy
Responsibilities
