About The Position

Neurocare's AASM-accredited Sleep Technologist Training Program offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn—no prior experience required! We’re now accepting applicants for our five-week paid training program, which includes: 2 weeks of classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing, and 3 weeks of overnight mentoring alongside experienced technologists. Upon successful completion, you'll be offered a full-time Sleep Technologist position (3 nights/week) at $23/hour, with a pay increase to $28/hour once registered. For over 35 years, Neurocare, Inc. has been the largest employer of Sleep Technologists in New England. We are a patient-centered, quality-focused organization that partners with academic medical centers, hospitals, and physician groups to deliver state-of-the-art sleep disorder programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Strong technology and computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Desire to provide exceptional patient care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care or a medical environment
• CPR certification
• Experience working overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on shadowing.
• Perform overnight mentoring alongside experienced technologists.
• Work as a Sleep Technologist (3 nights/week).
• Provide exceptional patient care.
