About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment that puts the customer at the center. Sleep Experts help customers find the right mattress and better sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
