About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer’s in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves executing Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts build customer relationships, provide product and technical knowledge, drive individual sales performance, and help customers find products that support better sleep.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
