About The Position
The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances customers’ in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts build customer relationships, provide product and technical knowledge, drive individual sales performance, and maintain relationships during and after purchases. The position also involves monitoring competitors, using social media to support brand awareness and sales, and lifting, pushing, or pulling more than 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
- Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and competitor services.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
