About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates the in-store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and recommending best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling environment centered on the customer. The position may support stores within a 30- to 45-minute radius of the home store location.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; proof of work eligibility is required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and create a customer-centered environment.
• Provide customers with technical and product information and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Stay aware of competitors, their advertisements, and the services they offer.
• Use social media to positively affect brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
